「短期滞在」「外交」「公用」の在留資格を有する者

②非居住者のうち日本国籍を有する方

2年以上引き続き国内以外の地域に居住していることを証明書類で確認できる方

※1：証明書類とは、在留証明または戸籍の附票の写し（いずれも原本）です。
※2：在留証明には、「住所（又は居所）を定めた年月日」及び「本籍の地番」の記載が必要です。
※3：戸籍の附票の写しには、「本籍の地番」の記載が必要です

① Non-residents with foreign nationality Those who have a status of residence of "Temporary Visitor", "Diplomatic" or "Official".

② Non-residents with Japanese nationality Those who can confirm with documents that they have lived outside of Japan for more than two years.

*Certificate is a copy of residence certificate or family register tag (both originals).

*The detention certificate must include the “date when the address (or whereabouts) was established” and the “land number of the permanent domicile”.

*The copy of the family register appendix must include the “land number of the permanent domicile”.
